This flip was a coin toss at first on how big to go and we decided in true Property Bridge style to go BIG. The addition in the back had water damage and a flat roof that was toast, but we took it down to the studs, and built it back right. We figured we may as well go all the way with the rest of it, from fresh sod to quartz countertops, we even took the old storage room and flipped it into an outdoor office/yoga room.
