In which I talk through my process of making a bow.
The pattern I'm using is not exclusively Iroquoian. It was used all over the place due to it's simplicity. I've seen Inuit bows that used it, Haida bows that used it, even a Saami bow that was pretty similar. Nor was it the only pattern used by Iroquoian people. I've seen more than a half dozen different styles from the Six Nations.
The process took about ten hours over the course of three days. Of which easily half was spent tillering and sanding.
