Today’s adventure brought us back to Week’s State Park in Lancaster, NH For #22 on the Fire Tower List of the 92 Towers that are standing, once stood or were proposed. We wanted to update the Fire Tower Map that we made (link in Description Box down below). Sen. Weeks wrote the Week’s Act, that made it possible for the federal gov’t to buy back land from the Timber Lord and make it a National Forest. There is a lot of history in this state park.
