Black Chana ( shocked) - 1 cup
Tomato - 3
coriander seeds- 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Green chilli - 1
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic cloves - 6-7

For Tadka:
Oil - 2 big size spoon
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Black cardamom - 1
Bay leave - 1
Red chilli ( whole) - 1
Onion - 1
Salt -as per taste
Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 1.5 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Water - as required
