This is the first lecture in the series "Complete Indian history in मराठी" on this channel. It is on Literary sources in this we study what does History mean? How historians have come up with various definitions of history after conducting a deep study of history? How these definitions help us widen our perspective towards history? History is a study of past and to study past we have to depend on some sources , these sources are called historical sources. what are Historical sources and their divisions?. we will also study foreigner's accounts.

पहिले लेक्चर हे इतिहासाच्या साधनांवर आहे, ह्या मध्ये इतिहास म्हणजे काय आहे आणि त्याच बरोबर इतिहास कारांनी त्याचा सखोल अध्ययन केल्यावर इतिहास म्हणजे काय हे काही शब्दांमध्ये मांडलेले आहे त्यांना व्याख्या असे म्हणतात त्या व्याख्याही आपण समजून घेतल्या आहेत ज्यामुळे आपला इतिहासाकडे बघण्याचा दृष्टिकोन व्यापक होतो , तसेच इतिहास हा भूतकाळाशी संबंधित आहे आणि भूतकाळ जर समजायचा असेल तर काही आधार लागतो तो आधार म्हणजे साधने ज्याला इतिहासाची साधने असे म्हणतात. हि साधने कुठली आहेत त्याचा अभ्यास कसा आहे आणि त्याची शाखा साहित्यिक साधने आपण पहिल्या लेक्चर मध्ये अभ्यासणार आहोंत .
