It's been a while since we've managed to put out a video episode. So what better way to return than to once again speak to "The King Of The North", SBG Moray Coach, BJJ Blackbelt, and sports masseuse Kevin McAloon. We spoke to Kev about three years ago, which is wild and shows how fast time is truly flying!

A lot has happened since we last spoke. Kev is now a blackbelt, has just competed in Polaris, whilst smashing every other competition he has competed in. We also get into talking about the whole Craig Jones and ADCC beef, Some thoughts on other athletes from SBG Moray, and the importance of working on your mindset, when in the world of being a combat sports athlete!
