"Inga Rasen" is one of the most acid-infused techno tracks on the entire Streets of Rage 3 album, but I wanted to take everything I learned from dark mid-90s Goa trance, and apply it to this track for a powerful balance. The entire song is meant to evoke the chaos of the first stage of the final battle, and my expanded section tries to suck the listener down a terrifying vortex of frantic energy and paranoia.
