Описание к видео London's Crumbling Victorian Garden Cemetery in Barnes

Two-acre Barnes Cemetery was opened in 1854. By the mid-1900s it had no room for more burials. Over the next 30 years+ it became one of the most neglected burials places in the United Kingdom. This 14-minute video tells the story of this neglected cemetery, provides details of some of its monuments and occupants, and illustrates the devastation caused by wind, rain, rampant vegetation and vandals.
