Foil Expert: Hot Foil Machine Conversion

The Foil Expert is simply the most innovative and simple Hot Foil conversions to fit, integrating neatly into the original press design for quick and easy installation without compromising style and quality. Specifically designed for installation onto Heidelberg T – 10×15, GT/GTP – 13x18, but with a suitable fixing position, should fit Minerva, Kluge, Crosland, Kolbus, Thompson and other platen/clamshell presses. However, a foil conversion can also be bespoke modified for some cylinder presses as well – please contact us for advice. The platen version is designed for self installation and comes complete with a full installation instruction manual and a comprehensive operators and parts manual.Please note the following:

If you do not require a full conversion, we are able to offer a foil pull unit on its own, with or without a built in heater controller
We can provide a solution with a double pull unit as most platen machines will allow a double unit installation
Optional Holographic Registration System
Standard heater plate in a full conversion will adopt the toggle hook fixing system, which is much faster and easier than the traditional bunter post style.
