We checked out the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, which runs now thru February 19th. We don’t have too much to eat at this festival this year but there are a lot of fun art-focused activities around the park and a few vegan items we can enjoy:

First up at Gourmet Landscapes in Canada we have a mushroom risotto, vegan as is. This was savory and very filling. I enjoyed it. We also have a modified beets dish, order without cheese. This was a good option but nothing spectacular.

Over at Vibrante y vivido we still have the coconut passion smoothie. Although mine was a little liquidy that day 🧐

Next up in Morocco we have the ever-present Stone-baked Moroccan bread with hummus, chermoulq and zhoug dips, but they were out of zhoug this day. Wah wah.

A moment of silence for the jackfruit brat at refreshment outpost but you can still get pineapple dole whip here.

In China we have a vegan sesame balls option. Not noted as plant-based because it is a 3rd party vendor. But I really enjoyed these and I’m not usually a red bean paste fan. At $7.25 tho not sure I’ll get them again.
