Last October 8 and 9, Unilab Foundation held the first Design Your Health: A Holistic Health and Wellness Fair, in Mandala Park, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City. The 2-day event showcased the importance of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual activities, and how they affect one’s overall health and well-being.

The Fair featured workshops, health talks, a unique art exhibit and auction that featured works of artists with autism, and an all-Filipino health bazaar.

Design Your Health 2016 is organized by Unilab Foundation (ULF), co-presented by Myra and McCormick Philippines. Special thanks to Mandala Park, Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP), and White Space Mind and Body Wellness Studio.

With the success of the first run, ULF will gear up for Design Your Health 2017, aiming to reach even more individuals, families, and organizations. Together, everyone can contribute to a healthier Philippines, one healthy person at a time.
