BANFF National Park, Amazing Camping - Canadian Full Time RV Vlog

Описание к видео BANFF National Park, Amazing Camping - Canadian Full Time RV Vlog

We're loving living in our RV fully moved in! After that last beautiful free campsite it only gets more exciting as we got to spend 3 nights in Banff National Park (Canadian Rocky Mountains) at the Tunnel Mountain village 2 RV park.

We loved that last campsite, it was free and you really couldn't ask for a more picturesque view at your door step. Starting off like that it's going to be a wild adventure across Canada guys!

After spending 3 nights there, it was time to hit the road again though. Next stop, Banff village in the National Park. We had a few hours of driving before reaching Banff and a few pit stops on the way. First we stopped at Golden to try and find some internet, and get some groceries. We loved how small town Golden felt down by the Save On Foods we went to and really enjoyed the quick stop to get some groceries and prepare to head deeper into the Rocky Mountains!

Next stop we ended up at the Field visitor info center to try and find some better wifi to upload to you all since we had no luck previously. Internet didn't pan out there either but we did get some handy tourist info maps and our parks pass for our RV though! So that was still a little exciting. After a quick bite to eat lunch in their parking lot it was off to Lake Louise before heading in to Banff.

Lake Louise was a beautiful stop and luckily for us had just started melting and showing water recently only! We took a quick walk of the outer area and then browsed the inside stores as well. It is super beautiful here and a must see pull over if passing through the Rockies. We also found out that a public transit bus from Banff city can take you to and from here to save the stress and effort of having to park when it's busy!

After Lake Louise it was time to check in to Tunnel Mountain RV park. It is an official National park campground and was absolutely beautiful. We were in tunnel mountain village 2 area with electric hook ups but no water (by choice). They have free water and a free Sani station in the park so we just used that at arrival and on check out, saved a few dollars and got to be in a different section. You sent allowed to overnight park or camp anywhere in National park land, so the amount of driving in and out of the park would have cost more in gas than the site, plus the accessibility to Banff sure was nice. We may end up spending the night at tunnel mountain RV park again on the way back through Canada as well still. It also had showers, washrooms, a mountain of free firewood, and public transit around Banff and the area all included, while also being central, totally worth it.

RV has been a dream come true so far and we are loving it. Hope all you fans who have been with us through Asia are enjoying it still as well as all you new viewers.

Like the video if you enjoyed it and show de love, subscribe if you're new and we'll see you soon.
