American actress and singer Vanessa Ray Liptak, was born on the 24th June 1981 in Livermore, California, and is probably best known to the world as CeCe Drake in the TV series “Pretty Little Liars”, and as Officer Eddie Janko in another TV series - “Blue Bloods - among other differing appearances.
