This guy can be really easy or hard depends on what attacks he uses.

He can cast Deathblow!! which hit around 450-500.
He can also cast Fat-Chocobo Which does 700-800 Which for me Is an automatic Game-Over

Don't know what that one attacks that does no damage is suppose to do.

Strategy:
I had Cloud Spam Bio cause he can be poisoned.
Barret could not do any damage so I had him defend
I had Red Xlll heal and cast fire

As you can see I got really lucky when he started spamming Deathblow!! Near the end
