ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರವಾದ ಓಟ್ಸ್ ಇಡ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಟಿಫನ್ ಸಾಂಬಾರ್ | Healthy Oats Idli and Tiffin Sambar Recipe

For idli batter:-
Oats - 1 cup, Idli Suji(rave) - 1 cup, Curd - 1 cup, Water, Salt.
Into a pot, Oil, Mustard seeds, Finely Chopped Carrot, Green chillies, Coriander leaves, Curry leaves.
Fry these and add to the batter.

For sambar:-
Oil, Mustard seeds, Onion - 1big size, Green chillies, Curry leaves, Moong dal, Tomato - 3 medium size, Water.
Pressure cook these for 4 whistles.
Then add Salt, Sambar powder - 2 tablespoon,
Coriander leaves.
