👉 After getting trained / learned you can complete Mec7 - 21 fitness exercise system by spending approximately 21 to 24 minutes, and the participant can make about 1750 plus body movements within that time span by doing 21 exercises.

Though Mec7 system can perform as single or alone at your home, But it is recomended to perform as a group activity , for better result . Para Military Service) during the year July 2012 at GLP School Thurakkal Kondotty, and observed / practiced and experienced it for 10 years with his friends and villagers, to ensure all 21 fitness exercises included are well crafted and getting maximum benefit to human body and mind and after confirming these facts the founder decided to branch out the new Mec7 fitness formula, purely as free service being his commitment towards social responsibility and the first Mec7 branch was opened at Chemmalaparamba - Thurakkal August 2022 and Second Main Branch opened at Peruvalloor- Parambil Peedika during October 2022 with the assistance of KT Musthafa, and Bava Arakkal, and
entrused Arakkal Bava as Ambassador of Mec7 for wide publicity of Mec7 fitness system.
