We spent 4 days in Oregon. We were there from February 6th thru the 9th. The temperatures where in the high 30's to low 40's during the day. It was gloomy and overcast the entire duration of our trip with the sun peaking a few times. We got lucky and it only rained once while we were there. And the time it rained was in the middle of night. We spent a few hours exlporing Portland on the day we landed. The next day was spent hiking the Trail of Ten Falls at Silver Falls State Park.
