Our new Jungle home seems to be a bit nastier than we had anticipated. Hot enough to weaken our small eared tribe members but not hot enough to trigger adaptation progress toward mutating big ears. Food is not nearly as abundant at the southern tier as it was in our old swampy home and the big McLarge huge ape wandering the north does not care about our toxic bodies.

We sit at a crossroads. There are two logical ways I see ahead of us, but we must elect a new pack alpha who will lead the way. It then falls to YOU, my viewers, to elect our new alpha and thus elect our new over-arching strategy.

A vote for Damara will signal us to stay on land and adopt a 'feed and breed' strategy. Making sure the big ear genes we have naturally are passed down agressively, we will mutate more runner legs and nimble fingers. The idea being that we out-run the big ape(s) and gorge ourselves on plants when we can, then take off running again when the ape gives chase. Even if the ape does catch and crush a tribe member, they will breed faster than he can kill, minimizing the destructive impact and also prepping us for migration deeper into the jungle.

A vote for Anapos will signal us to adopt a 'flee to the sea' strategy. Starting off with our odd surge of platypus jaws, we will work to unlock the mutations for the other aquatic parts (which aren't bugged at the moment) and soon migrate the tribe into the ocean to avoid predators and feast on the ocean's bounty. The Apes can't breathe underwater and the water would cool down the warmer temperatures, even for our smaller-eared creatures.
