How To Fit a Fence Post to a WALL

Here I show you how to fit a fence post to a concrete house wall. Sometimes there is a need to fix a fence post to a concrete wall such as a house, garage or garden wall. I show you how to securely fix the fence or gate post to the wall. This method ensures an absolutely solid base on which fence rails can be secured or a full sized fence gate can be hung from.

Fixing wooden posts to concrete walls can seem fairly daunting, but with the right tools and the right fixings, the job is actually very simple. There are many situations where this may be required, it is not unique to fencing or hanging gates. The methods shown can be used for fixing any timber to masonry concrete structures or walls. The Timco Multi fix concrete screws provide a very strong fixing which will cope with many heavy duty applications.
