#NickiMinaj is reportedly being sued by
a fan now foe for emotional distress after alleging public humiliation. According to reports obtained. oa lawsuit has been filed on behalf of #TameerPeak who is allegedly a victim of humiliation and harassment. In the claim, Tameer stated that Nicki made him out to be unstable by calling him a "mentally unstable stalker" via live.
Tameer had been a huge fan of the rapper however, things went left in 2017 when he was allegedly accused by the rapper of being a "paid mole sent to sabotage" her.
In the lawsuit, Tameer includes experiencing ridicule after Nicki had invited him to her hotel on one occasion to embarrass him on her Instagram live with at least 100,000 people watching.
Documents also include an experience during a
2020 Super Bowl event where Tameer said he was battered by Nicki's husband #KennethPetty.
Attorney #JuddBurstein, representing Nicki states:
"Mr. Peak has been harassing Nicki on social media for years on end to no avail.""He has now graduated to seeking to shake her down financially with manifestly false allegations and legally frivolous claims. He will regret having gone down this disreputable road when he is forced to pay her legal fees as required by California law."
