Adventure Box: Mustang gets better on the trailer!

Wyoming has successfully traveled in a trailer almost a year ago for relocation, two months ago for Mark Langley’s 4-day clinic, and a month ago for Harry Whitney’s 5-day clinic.

Over the weekend was her first time traveling for leisure! She took a 5 mile ride for a short walk along the river and then returned home in the same day for practice.

It has been an 8-year journey to get this mare traveling in a trailer without serious trauma and many times I considered it may never happen.

This has been a very encouraging year for her coming to be a ‘real domesticated horse’ … just don’t tell her!!
