Today I’m building a high-performance gaming PC featuring the RTX 5070 12GB and Ryzen 7 9800X3D — designed to crush 1440p and 4K gaming in 2025, all for around $1,900. This is part of my ongoing challenge to flip gaming PCs until I hit $10,000, and this build gets us one step closer! Can we turn these parts into profit?

We’ll walk through the full build process, then run real in-game benchmarks across titles like Call of Duty: Warzone, Fortnite and The Last of Us: Part II — all at 1440p high/ultra settings with DLSS 4.
