Bipolar Type 2: What it Looks Like for Me

I decided to interview myself 10 days apart to show what the reality of this illness is. Also want to make sure I comment that I have a great mental health team of medical professionals who are actively monitoring me. I am not in danger, I would actually say I am in one of the best positions I could be in as someone with this illness. Using that position to help open the conversation around mental illness and try and give people more information through visuals of what it actually looks like.
