India is one of the youngest nations in the world. Over 50% of its population is below 25 years.
India has the potential to register itself as the fastest and most successful economy. But for that India need its youth to stand out. But India’s future is struggling in its classrooms, lagging behind, and on the verge of dropping out. Education is each citizen’s right, and past governments have ensured that we get almost every child to school. Realising that getting children to school was not enough, policy discourse has finally started moving to quality. But when 50 per cent of 10-year-olds still cannot read Class II level books, is this enough?”

THE TIME PERIOD WE'RE LIVING IN
Technology has enriched our lives with greater convenience, improved access to information, and revolutionised how we work. Although many of us are now familiar with using technology, most of us would not know how to build and maintain the websites and Apps we have become so reliant upon. Those students who are developing tech skills now are silently moving ahead of the competition, learning skills that will be directly relevant to industries and careers of the future – from artificial intelligence to blockchain and machine learning; these are all causing seismic shifts in the ways that businesses and societies operate. THE NEW EDUCATION SYSTEM
In Mahabharata, Pandavas and Kauravas went through a mentor-led education. Drona took meticulous care of his students. He not only taught them skillsets but also provided them with opportunities to use the skills in real-life [like fighting a war with Drupada] while doing their studies.
Likewise, we need a skill-based education system that can identify the interested field of students and hence training them in those skills will make the youth of India expert in their field from childhood.

COLLABORATE
India is a country with 138 crore people, poor education resources, unqualified teachers, teaching in different languages and so many other social issues. Establishing a new education system in such diverse demography is not easy. The government alone can not design a skill-based technological education system. They need the collaboration of new tech startups and other corporate so that the student gets direct access to real-life technologies.
