JEERA RICE RECIPE:

Ingredients:

Basmati rice- 3cups
Ghee- 3tbsp
Cardamom- 5
Cloves- 5
Cinnamon- 2
Jeera- 1tbsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1tbsp
Green chillies- 5
Pudina leaves- 1cup
Coriander leaves- 1 cup
Water- 6 cups
Salt- 1tbsp

Procedure:

In a bowl take 3 cups of basmati rice. Soak this in water for about 30mintes.
In a kadhai take 3tbsp of Ghee.
Add Cardamom, Cloves and Cinnamon sticks to this.
Now add Jeera, Ginger garlic paste, green chillies, Pudina leaves, Coriander leaves and give it a good stir.
Add the soaked rice to this.
Add 6cups of water to it. (Or else you can add water according to the rice you’re using)
Add salt to this, close the lid and let it cook for about 15 minutes till the rice is done.
Once the rice is cooked transfer it to a plate and serve with your choice of gravy.
