Create your own pro comics lettering fonts from your writing or samples/scans!

Sean and Carson walk through how to create a polished comics lettering font from either your own handwriting/lettering, or scanned samples of comics lettering, using the almost-free programs Calligraphr.com and the very flexible (and affordable) BirdFont. This is a quick look which takes you through the mechanics of the font-creation workflow, including the all-important setting up of kerning pairs, which is critical to a smooth, professional lettering finish.
