Sweet little Bubble was brought to our shelter by the person who feeds her, he had noticed a few days before that her face was swollen and that it had gotten much larger which was making it difficult for her to eat. So he rushed her in for treatment.

As you can see when we were treating her, the abscess burst open and so much pus came out which must have brought so much relief to poor little Bubble.

We don't know what caused the abscess, but we are happy to report that she is now healing well and is eating and her energy has returned too. We will make sure the wound is fully healed and then vaccinate and de-worm her before we return her to her carer.
