How to Get MMS (Carrier Update 5.5) without updating to 3.1

Be Warned, if you update your Carrier (for MMS) in iTunes, You will update to 3.1

Important Notes
You iPhone must be unplugged from the computer
iTunes must not be running

What to type in the Command Prompt
For XP/ VIsta 32 Bit users

cd c:\Program Files\iTunes\

After that, press enter and type this

iTunes.exe /setPrefInt carrier-testing 1

For Vista 64-Bit Users

cd c:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes\

After that press Enter and type this

iTunes.exe /setPrefInt carrier-testing 1

Steps
1. Click Start
2. Type in RUN
3. Type in CMD
4. Type in "What to type in the Command Prompt"
5. plug in your iPhone
6. in iTunes, Hold Shift and click update [at same time]
7. Select the IPCC file tab
8. Open it
9. REBOOT your iPhone
10. DONE
