"I've always had this idea about doing a school circuits, like a playground type thing. I don't know if you remember when you were a kid you used to just run around the playground like a nutter, and you know you were always out of breath but always happy, always smiling, bouncy - well, that was me, I don't know...and as we get older and we start to become more serious and we have to focus on job, or school and then the job and families and stuff like that, you kind of forget how to have fun, without going down to the pub and getting drunk."

"I think our society is so busy with shaping up, looking good and having these muscles here, having a six pack while realising they're pushing themselves like they do at work. So the stress from work comes into the studio, and I think with classes like this where you have fun as well, where you enjoy yourself and relax, it gives you more of a relaxation, a bit of more happiness, and no stress while getting results."

"Well I enjoyed the spacehopper because it's been a long time since I've been on a spacehopper. Didn't like the pogo stick because I just couldn't do it, but yeah those two were fun.

"Well I'm a ballroom dancing-teacher so this completely different from what I normally do. I thought I would just try, just as an experiment to see how, to see if I could keep up with these younger ones. And it was nice, it was an interesting change."

"All the forms of exercise used in this kind of workout are all established ways of exercising. I mean, using a trampette for example is really good for your bone density cause you move against your own body weight, and skipping as well, and using the pogo stick is great for your core strength so they're all established forms of exercise, I guess it's just the way it's been packaged. It's just a new way of doing a circuit really, it's just circuit without all the sort of gadgetry and trimmings. It's just reinterpreting it.
