Pressure Canning Turkey

Learn how to pressure can TURKEY!! It's a great way to have fresh turkey on your shelf for those recipes like turkey pot pie, turkey and rice, turkey sandwiches, anything that calls for chicken.

Don't forget to let your jars sit for 24 hours after canning. Remove the ring and gently wash the outside of your jars with some warm, soapy water. You can then label them and put them in your pantry. I store mine 'without' the lids.
