Earlier this year, the Irish government became the second country in Europe to declare a climate and biodiversity emergency. For environmental scientists, the Climate Action Plan that followed does not go far enough, but farmers and workers in the bog sector feel their livelihoods are under threat. As part of Euronews' coverage of the COP25 talks in Madrid, our reporter Méabh Mc Mahon travelled to Ireland to hear about the challenges of protecting Irish agriculture in the context of the climate emergency.
