Hello friends! This is Bajra Aloo Paratha with goodness of ginger and onion garnished with taste of green chilies and coriander leaves. Its main ingredient is everyone's favorite potatoes and it is most likely to be liked by kids. This is very easy to cook and healthy winter recipe, you must try at your home. You can eat this anytime during your breakfast, lunch or dinner.It takes only 10 minutes to cook this recipe.


Also, its ingredients has anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory properties and are enriched with vitamins C, while boosting body metabolism which is much required to our body during winter(as we occupy lazy lifestyle).

To prepare Bajra aloo bharma paratha you have to first prepare Potato filling. Here,I am sharing recipe of 6 Bajra aloo paratha:


Ingredients of Potato filling:
Potatoes- 5 medium sized boiled potatoes(boiled,peeled and mashed)
Green chili- 2-3 green chilies( chopped)
Coriander leaves- 2 tablespoon of chopped coriander
Ginger- 1.5 tablespoon of ginger paste
Red chili powder- 2 tablespoon
Cumin- 1 spoon
Asafetida- 1 pinch
Onion- 2 tablespoon of chopped onion
Green Onion or green garlic- 2 tablespoons
Salt-1 tablespoon


To prepare bajra dough:
Take 1 large bowl(or 200gms) of bajra flour and add 1 tablespoon salt and knead it obtain smooth dough.
Note- I cooked it using peanut oil. You can use any oil such as sunflower oil, soybean oil or coconut oil. You can also use ghee or butter to cook this paratha.
