I found some flash frozen sardines at HEB and decided to grill them Greek Style. I gutted them and then washed them. I then put some salt, oregano, and olive oil on them. I placed them into a fish grilling rack and grilled them for 10 minutes each side over a 350 degree WSM 14.5 (Weber Smokey Mountain)... I drizzled some fresh Mexican Lemon juice on them as they grilled too.. The meat fell off da bone and had a real nice flavor...
