No hacks were used. We activated Shiva the only way possible in the original rom of SoR3, which is by holding B button after defeating his boss version at the end of Stage 1. But it required Player 1 (me) to play the whole Stage 1 in solo, before Player 2 can join the run as Shiva. So that way it's authentic, and we don't use any hacked roms of the game.
