Aloo Methi Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cooking oil
1 onion sliced
2 tomatoes chopped
5 green chillies chopped
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Half kg fenugreek
Half kg potato

Direction:
Fry onion until translucent
Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and spices
Add potatoes and fenugreek
Cook for 10 -15 minutes
