🍺Appearance
Color - Bright Orange
Clarity - Hazy
Carbonation - Medium carbonation
Foam retention - Good head and retention (45-60 seconds)

🍺Aroma
Tropical fruit aromas, lots of mango, papaya, grapefruit or orange rind
Tropical, fruity hops
Sweet maltiness

🍺Flavor and aftertaste
Starts bitter on the tip of the tongue, more than I expected
Middle brings dankness typical of an IPA (unexpectedly), blended with tropical fruit juices of mango and papaya
Ends with grapefruit-kind of tartness

🍺Body
Light-to-Medium body
Crisp, refreshing finish

🍺🍴Pairings
As a general rule, IPAs are good to pair with spicier foods because the bitterness enhances the flavor of the food, yet with West Coast IPAs, this is not the case, because they generally do not carry enough punch to stand up to the spices. West Coast IPAs are good to pair with lighter, still flavorful foods, such as well seasoned lean proteins and seafood. Depending on the intensity of the fruit flavors, I do not recommend them with fattier, heavier dishes, so, avoid barbecued or chargrilled foods here!
