I tried to walk 15k steps a day (when my average is 7.5k) and it was fun to set a challenge and see if I could achieve it, to help increase my movement and feel fitter and better about myself. I am not focusing on calories or weight loss, but with more time at home than ever before, this has been a great way to focus on getting fresh air and to help motivate myself. I highly recommend and encourage you to think about the goals you can set for yourself each week! Let me know how you get on. B x
