I'm not really sure why I purchased this phone. I think because the price was under $10, and it would be good to have a brand new telephone on hand. I was never really a fan of the Trimline design, but for the price, to have a perfectly working, plain-old-just-plain-works corded phone, it was worth it. Might come in handy on a desk in the future.
