In our BR-MOLD line we develop BRIO ultrasonic cleaning equipment designed according to the size of the moulds, production goals of the customer, etc. achieving maximum efficiency for every project. In addition, we can add rinsing stages, anti-corrosion protection, etc. covering all the processes needed in a single multi-stage installation.

In this case, the BR-800 MOLD has been developed for the cleaning of the multiple shape and size plastic injection moulds of our customer. It has been developed with the three stages: BRIO Ultrasonic cleaning, Rinse with bubbling (including water filtration system) and Corrosion Protection. It also has custom made baskets with three levels, so several moulds can be restored in one single cleaning cycle.
