Exploring the fine line between adventure and impact, this journey takes us through the Altiplano in Chile and Bolivia, crossing the Atacama Desert and the stunning Ruta de las Lagunas.

We climb in Socaire the area of San Pedro de Atacama, visit the Eduardo Avaroa Reserve (Laguna Route), and encounter wildlife like flamingos and vicuñas. But amidst these epic landscapes, we also face the harsh realities of over-tourism.

We all have our contradictions, and here, we navigate the tricky balance between enjoying nature’s beauty and the impact our travels can have on these fragile environments.
