The day after, we'll be starting the day with the most delicious pastry in Uzbekistan, Samsa, and then we'll try the world's best Plov, the Samarkand Plov.

To end our epic Samarkand street food adventure, we'll go see the most unique bread-making technique, and going to Ulugbek restaurant to eat the best soups and kebabs you'll ever taste.
