We’re joined today by Thunder Walker, a real estate developer, cannabis entrepreneur, advocate, and the voice and visionary behind the Thunder Walker Experience podcast.

Carrying on her father’s legacy as one of Dallas’s first Black real estate brokers, Thunder entered the industry at just 18 years old and never looked back. Licensed in real estate, mortgage brokerage, and appraisal, she’s developed over 2,000 residential and commercial units, often turning setbacks into milestones, like launching her first condo development with insurance money after her home burned down.

Now a leader in both real estate and cannabis, Thunder founded Women Pushing Dirt to amplify the voices of women of color in development and launched Proud Mary Cannabis, a boutique dispensary in Oklahoma. Her cannabis journey was inspired by caring for her disabled daughter and discovering the therapeutic potential of the plant, along with the glaring inequities in industry ownership and leadership.

She’s a national speaker, "Woman on the Rise" award-winner at the Women in Cannabis Expo, and the visionary behind the upcoming CannaSoul convention, a gathering designed to uplift people of color in cannabis, with proceeds supporting expungement efforts for nonviolent convictions.

She’s not just building businesses. She’s building movements. Like the ThunderKats her team of brand ambassadors and influencers tapped into the community, culture and vibes.
