Glaze Ingredients:

1 cup Unsweetened Sorrel juice
1/4 cup tamarind sauce
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 to 3 crush garlic cloves
Tablespoon of good honey
Salt and black pepper to taste

Ham Ingredients

2 lbs boneless ham
Handful of cloves
6 to 8 bayleaves

Method
(Ham)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
For the ham, stick cloves all over the ham, then using toothpicks stick the bay leaves in.
Bake
covered with foil for 1 hour.
After an hour of cooking, remove the foil, and glaze the ham with the reduction.
Turn the temperature of the oven down to 250 degrees Fahrenheit and cook the ham for another 60 mins

Method (Glaze)
Mix all the ingredients together in a sauce pan, reduce for 15 to 20 mins until it comes to a
glaze. Be careful not to reduce too much.
