Wild Chicken Bow Hunting | Cooking The Right Way

Ep 6 - Spruce grouse is the tastiest treat in these woods. Sometimes they seem to vanish before your very eyes, using they're camouflaged feathers every chance they get. I explain my favourite way to prepare a grouse for eating. Later in the episode I begin digging the foundation for the new log cabin.


Along with my good friend @djtudino we are putting all our survival, bushcraft, primitive hunting fishing and building skills to the ultimate test of survival. Being dropped in northern Labrador without food and only 10 survival items, along with a ton of batteries, solar panels and camera gear to film a small Hollywood production.
