FIXED IT !!! Volvo 850 Crank, But No Start

After running reliably without issues for over a year, the Volvo 850 wouldn't start. It would crank and crank, so it's not the battery or the starter. The fuel pressure was a little weak, so I thought it might be the fuel pump relay, fuel pump, or the fuel pressure regulator. I replaced the fuel pump relay with a used one a few months ago when it would take cranking for over 30 seconds to get the car started.

After reading a few forum posts, I also added the camshaft position sensor and crankshaft position sensor as additional possibilities. The fuel pump relay is an easy replacement, but the fuel pump itself needed a special tool that can be rented at the local auto parts store.
