CAFÉ CAP 2.0 DISASSEMBLY
To disassemble the Café Cap 2.0 for easy cleaning:
1. Twist spinner top into the open drinking position and hold in place.
2. On the underside of the cap, unscrew locking nut counterclockwise and remove.
3. The cap will disassemble into 5 pieces spinner top, cap, silicone valve, support disc, and locking nut.
4. Use gasket tool (not included) to remove clear silicone gasket.
5. Hand wash each part or place in dishwasher (top rack only).
6. Reverse instructions to reassemble.
7. All parts must be correctly replaced to ensure a leak-proof seal. Silicone valve will only seat properly when keyed in the correct location. Tighten lock nut completely until it stops turning and you hear an audible ‘click’.
