Mosonmagyaróvár ( German : Wieselburg-Ungarisch Altenburg , Latin : Ad Flexum , Croatian : Stari Grad ) is a city in Győr-Moson-Sopron county , the seat of the Mosonmagyaróvár district . The majority of the previously enumerated German-speaking population was resettled in 1945-1946.
