Hey guys, John here with RealTruck.com. Today, I want to show you how to install the T-Rex Upper Class Mesh Grille on this 2015 Chevy Suburban LTZ. Okay guys, you can see here that we've got this out of the box. We have everything we need to install this onto the truck. It comes with you T-Rex, your mesh grill, you instructions, your plastic fasteners and also guys, a really cool T-Rex decal to put somewhere on your rig when you're done with this. So, anyway, let's get this on the Suburban.

The first thing we need to do here in order to get our grille installed is we gotta take this upper cover off from under the hood, which is a real easy process to do. You just take these push pins all along the top that hold these and all you need to do is grab yourself something like this, which is a body plug puller or you can use a flat screw driver, kind of the same thing, and we just want to get underneath of them and just pull them up. Just like that and out they come. So, what I want to do is I want to go along here, take these all out and take these off and then I'll show what you need to do next. All right, once we've got all of our pins out, we can just pull this off and then we'll just set off to the side. Then, the next thing we're gonna do is we're gonna take all these bolts out from across the top of this grille to get that loose and ready to come out of there.

Okay, once this is loose, we can just kind of pull up on this. There's a little a clips in here that just hold it in there a little bit and you can see there it comes loose pretty easily. Then, what we're gonna do now is we're gonna go ahead at this point, you don't have to do this, but for us to show you guy how to do it easier, we're gonna go ahead and lift this vehicle up on a lift and I'm gonna show you what you can do to get the rest of these things out of here. If you don't have a lift, you can simply just crawl under the truck and do it that way.

We've got our truck up into the air where I can show you guys exactly what it is we're gonna do here. There's a whole row of little screws that run down along the inside this inner fender and then there's another one up here at the top that we need to take loose. In order to take this front bumper shell off, which we have to take off in order to get our grille out, I'm going to go ahead and pull these screws out of here and then I'll jump over and do the one on the other side and then I'll show you guys what you gotta do next. Okay guys, we got all of our screws out of this side, so I'm gonna go ahead and jump over and get the other side done. Any bolts we have to take out down here, we've got these two, one here, a couple in the middle and then three on the other side so let's get these out. 866-554-0581 Free shipping for orders over $100!
