The Strasburg Railroad has rarely seen regularly operating steam excursions outside of President's Day weekend during the winter. However, as the pandemic continued, the railroad chose to continue operating past the 2020 Christmas season, and the mild popularity has helped the railroad stay open in this tough time. Norfolk & Western 4-8-0 "M Class" #475 is fired up for the day, and is ready to pull its train of passengers along the Road to Paradise, just as its done for the last 28 years. This winter has brought a bountiful amount of snow to the region, and thankfully it's stuck around just long enough to capture the 115 year old 4-8-0 running in the snowy landscape of Lancaster County.
