Home Made Designer Kenneth Winged shares a little decorated sheet for getting photos off the fridge and on the wall.

((KENNETH WINGARD)) So, I’m gonna share with you one of my favorite little decorator cheats for getting photos off the fridge and onto the wall.
((LAURYN)) Okay.
((KENNETH)) It’s all about using fabric to make a frame. So, all you’re gonna need is scraps of fabric,
((LAURYN)) Okay.
((KENNETH)) A frame, and this is just a frame, no mat, very simple.
((LAURYN)) Mmm hmm.
((KENNETH)) A little spray glue, and our photo.
((LAURYN)) Alright.
((KENNETH)) And then usually frames will come in with this sort of board that’s like a spacer,
((LAURYN)) Right.
((KENNETH)) so this is what we’re gonna work with.
((LAURYN)) Okay.
((KENNETH)) We’ll take this, if you wanna give me a little spray here. Now, I’ve already cut a piece of fabric the size – you wanna take two corners – the size of our backboard, and we’re gonna just lay it right on here. And we will smooth out any wrinkles. You don’t really need to worry about the edges ‘cause the frame is gonna have about a quarter inch overhang so you don’t have to be exact about it.
((LAURYN)) Ahh.
((KENNETH)) I have a little bit of earthquake wax here. You can also use double-stick tape, what have you.
((LAURYN)) Okay.
((KENNETH)) We’re gonna put a little bit on the back. Now, we’re going to just lay this right down in the center. So, I stole this off of your fridge, and you had already done that nice pinking shear cut. And then, all we’re gonna do is lay this right back where it came from, put our backing back in place, and voila!
((LAURYN)) Wow! So easy!
((KENNETH)) Here you go, my gift to you! Just like that!
